The Spirited Leader Webinar Series
The Spirited Leader Offsite Program is also delivered as a series of six one-hour skills training webinars for those companies that would prefer a Webinar format.
Each webinar addresses one of the six distinctive leadership skills that are included in the Spirited Leader offsite curriculum. The webinars are scheduled a minimum of two weeks apart to allow time for you to apply and practice each skill before learning the next one. Each of these six webinars is a step-by-step training program that equips leaders with concrete skills and steps of action that can be immediately implemented and measured. Each webinar has a downloadable workbook.
